BOMA GT Committees
Participating on committees provides members opportunities to assist BOMA Greater Tucson in achieving its strategic objectives and program goals. Committees are established to address ongoing issues affecting the commercial real estate industry. Committee participation gives members direct involvement in the planning and execution of BOMA's activities and directives.

- Annual Golf Tournament Committee
- Responsible all aspects of the annual golf tournament, including planning, fund raising, and host activities during the event itself. Chair: Tina Olson

- Board of Directors
- Officers and Principal Directors are elected by the Principal Membership. Associate Directors are elected by the Associate Members. Term is one calendar year.

- Community Affairs Committee
- Responsible for community outreach through community service and charitable work. Some of our projects have teen Coffee Drive for Gospel Rescue Mission, Cancer Walk-A-Thon, Toy Drive and the Erik Hite Foundation.

- Government Affairs/Property Preservation Committee
- Responsible for monitoring legislative, political, and regulatory activity as it might affect the real estate industry in general and BOMA-GT’s members in particular. Creates and maintains relationships with political leaders and regulatory officials in order to promote our organization and its interests. Educates the membership about issues that could affect them. Organizes lobbying and grass roots efforts to influence the legislative and/or the regulatory environments.

- Responsible for recruiting and maintaining membership. Other involvement includes hospitality and new member orientation.

- Responsible for arranging/scheduling the programs for the monthly membership meetings, including extending the invitations and introducing the speakers at the meetings. Chair: Heather Baron

- Public Relations Committee
- Responsible for promoting BOMA of Greater Tucson and its members to special interest groups and the general public. This committee coordinates with staff and all the other committees to issue press releases when appropriate.
