We hope you are well and safe during these unprecedented times! We want to take this opportunity to provide you with these resources that are available to us as Commercial Property Managers and affiliates to assist with controlling the trespassing we are experiencing with the homeless population. With the current distressed economy, we’ve witnessed an increase in expenses that are going out from vandalism and homeless trespassing. These expenses directly affecting the investors and the tenants who we serve and in turn affects our industry as a whole and the world we live in. Please use these resources as these officers have been responsive and are making a difference.
We do not want to lose any momentum and want to continue in our efforts to make a difference on this issue that affects us all. Remember to continue tracking your expenses and incidents so that we are able to compile numbers to show City council just how much this affects the commercial real estate industry.
