We contact each Principal and Additional Principal members at the first of each year to ask them for complete reports to be submitted to International prior to their deadline in March of each year. The forms should list all income and expense line items for each commercial building that they own/manage. BOMA's information that they will disseminate will be listed by city, type of building and square footage. They will show the average, median, low, and high benchmarks for each category. These reports give all of us the ability to compare and know all income and expenses reported in the United States and Canada.
